Returns & Refunds

All sales are final and non refundable, unless the items arrive in an inadequate state. The customer then has 5 days to report said flaws to Prelude, after which any claims regarding the state of the items are no longer accepted. 

If the customer acts according to these rules and timeline, a refund will be issued, both for the item and the delivery costs. The item will have to be returned to Prelude (cost covered by the seller).
